Holy Ground Seminar - Chris Castaldo
Chris Castaldo, Outreach Pastor at College Church in Wheaton IL has written a book, “Holy Ground”—which serves as a wonderful resource on how to bring the Gospel to our Catholic friends and family. Monday, August 23 at 7:00 pm. Refreshments will be served. There is no childcare for this event.
Chris will be with us for a brief time to discuss his book and share some of his insights. As a former Catholic from Long Island, Chris is eminently qualified to address this topic, which includes discussions of our doctrinal differences, and the historic events that led up to the Reformation and the rupture it caused in the church. Those of us who grew up Catholic, or who have opportunity to connect with Catholics should not miss this presentation. Vacation Bible School 2010
July 26 - 30, 2010
This summer, bring your kids to SonQuest Rainforest VBS - an experience of discovery they'll never forget! Based on five key Bible verses that will change a child's life - including John 3:16 - SonQuest Rainforest VBS transports young minds into a vivid rainforest environment of jungle sounds, sights and smells, where they dig into the Bible and meet Jesus in every day's story. Our VBS is for children entering kindergarten through 7th grade and promises to be the best one yet!
Time: 9:30 AM to 12 Noon
Ages: Children entering K through 7th grade
Cost: FREE!
You can register on-site during the week of VBS at 9AM,
